Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, subject to product availability and payment verification.
- Once placed and processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
- Orders are shipped from Mumbai, India.
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive an automated order confirmation email after placing your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Due to high demand, certain items may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
All orders are subject to review by our security team, and SixEight reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

- All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier operations, and peak sale periods.
Festive & Holiday Shipping Delays
During high-demand periods and holidays, dispatch and delivery timelines may be affected.
Orders are not processed on the following holidays:
- Holi
- Independence Day
- Ganesh Chaturthi
- Diwali
- Christmas
- New Year’s Day
Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working business day.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Customers are requested not to accept packages that appear tampered with, opened, or physically damaged at the time of delivery.
- If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery immediately and contact us at crew@sixeight.co.in with relevant photos/videos and clearly visible AWB Number.
- Once an order is marked as delivered and accepted by the customer, SixEight will not be responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged items.
- For delivery-related concerns after successful delivery confirmation, customers are requested to contact the respective courier partner directly.
Final Sale Items
- Items purchased under promotions, markdowns, discount sales, or Mystery Boxes are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- SixEight reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue offers and discounts at any time without prior notice.
- Price adjustments are not applicable on previously purchased orders.
