Return and Refund Policy

General Terms

We may update this policy periodically. Please review the latest version before requesting a return, refund, or cancellation on sixeight.co.in

Returns can only be initiated once the order is marked as delivered.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for non-sale items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The size/fit is not suitable
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item 

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Mystery Box items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Promotional/final sale items

These items are considered final sale.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Eligible approved returns will be refunded only in the form of store credit.
  • Store credit will be issued for the full product value after successful quality inspection.
  • Store credit timelines may take 1-7 working days after approval.

Shipping charges, COD fees, platform fees, and token amounts (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  • Be free from stains, odours, scratches, tears, or any damage
  • Be returned as a complete set if purchased together

All returned products undergo a mandatory quality check (QC) inspection upon arrival.

If the returned product fails quality inspection, the return request will be rejected and no store credit will be issued.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase another size, you may place a return request for your existing order (if eligible). Once approved, the refunded store credit can be used to place a fresh order for the preferred size.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is available in selected serviceable locations.
  • Pickup attempts are generally made within 1–5 business days after approval.
  • A maximum of 2 pickup attempts will be made.

If pickup is unsuccessful, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid, partial paid, and COD orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the order, you may request a return after delivery as per the eligibility criteria above.
  • Repeated cancellations or refused deliveries may affect future order eligibility.
