How Partial Payment Works
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide flexibility:
- Initial Payment (Online): Pay only ₹99 during checkout.
- Due Amount (Later): Pay the remaining balance in cash or online to the delivery agent upon delivery.
Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed only after the initial payment is successful.
You’ll receive an Email/WhatsApp confirmation with:
- Order summary
- Due amount upon delivery
Cancellations & Refunds
The ₹99 advance/token amount paid during checkout is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Order cancellation
- Exchange requests
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect address or unavailability of the customer
Due Amount Paid Online
- Any remaining balance paid online (excluding the ₹99 token amount) is fully refundable if the order is canceled or returned as per our return policy.
Failed Deliveries
- After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.
- The ₹99 token amount will be forfeited.
- Any additional due amount paid online will be refunded.
Exclusions (Discount Coupons & Offers)
Please note that discount coupons, promotional offers, or additional discounts may not be applicable on orders placed using the Partial Payment option unless specified otherwise.
The ₹99 advance payment amount remains fixed and mandatory.

By choosing the “Partial Payment (Advance + COD)” option at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
