DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, subject to product availability and payment verification.
- Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review the details carefully before completing your purchase.
- Orders are shipped from Mumbai, India, and will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
- We will send you an automated order confirmation email. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Due to high demands, certain items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, which may take 5–10 business days to be reflected in your account.
- All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled by SixEight at any time.
- Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Shipping times may vary during major holidays, special launches, or sale periods.
Pre-order Policy
- COD is not available for pre-orders. Payments for pre-orders are to be made at checkout.
- Pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Methods
- Domestic orders (within India) qualify for free standard shipping in 3–5 business days.
Festive Shipping
- During high-demand periods or festive seasons, shipping may experience delays.
- Orders are not processed on the following holidays:
- Holi
- Independence Day
- Ganesh Chaturthi
- Diwali
- Christmas
- New Year’s Day
Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day. To avoid delays, we recommend placing orders well in advance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once marked as delivered, SixEight is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you experience any issues, please reach out to the shipping provider for further assistance.
Final Sale Items
- Items purchased during promotions or markdowns are final sale.
- SixEight reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue discounts at any time without notice.
- Price adjustments are not offered for previously purchased items.
