RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

General Terms

We may update this policy periodically. Please review the latest version before requesting a return, refund, or cancellation on sixeight.co.in.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size, please follow these steps:     

  1. Submit a return request for the original item
  2. Once approved, return the item in its original condition
  3. Place a new order for the correct size

This ensures faster processing and better stock availability.

Return Window  

- Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.  

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached.  

- Items purchased on sale and Mystery Box purchases (including domestic & international orders) are final and cannot be returned.

- International orders are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Return & Refund Process  

1. Initiate a return or exchange via our portal.  

2. Our courier partner will attempt pickup in 1–5 days.  

3. Once the product passes our inspection process, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.  

4. Refunds take 7–9 working days after inspection approval.  

5. A return shipping fee of INR 200 applies unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.  

6. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a refund will be processed only after the item is returned and passes our inspection process.

Cancellation Policy  

- COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.  

- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.  

- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.  

- Repeated cancellations may affect your future orders.  

Return Eligibility  

Returns are allowed if:  

- The size does not fit.  

- The product or packaging is damaged.  

- The product is defective.  

- Accessories or parts are missing.  

Conditions for Acceptance  

To be eligible for a return, the product must:  

- Be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.  

- Have all tags, packaging and accessories intact.  

- Be free from stains, odours, scratches, tears, or damages.  

- be returned as a complete set,  if purchased as a set. 

Reverse Pickup & Responsibility  

- We arrange reverse pickups where available.  

- Our courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If unsuccessful, you must ship the item back to our warehouse.  

- If the item fails inspection, the return will be rejected.
